In April 2026, Georgia exported 1,100 tonnes of hazelnuts valued at $11 million. This represented a 7% increase in export volume compared to April of the previous year, equivalent to 70.1 tonnes. The export value also saw a significant rise of 45%, amounting to a $3.4 million increase. Over recent years, both the export volumes and prices of Georgian hazelnuts have been on the rise.
