Fruit and vegetable price trends in Italy as at 12 February
With the production of common Italian clementines closed, the orange campaign continues marked by small calibre. Underwhelming or static demand for several vegetable crops, such as artichoke, cauliflower, Savoy cabbage, aubergine and fennel. Strong entry of courgettes in the markets caused quotations to fall.
