Every spring, the queen of the Asian hornet wakes up from hibernation to build a nest. Volunteer helpers from the app ObsIdentify have already spotted 7,873 specimens this spring. In the period from January to April last year, there were only 4,490. ObsIdentify is a platform designed to help identify species of insects and animals.
