Bayer AG: Bill Anderson becomes Chairman of the Board of Management
The Supervisory Board of Bayer AG has appointed Bill Anderson as Chairman of the Board of Management of Bayer with effect from 1 June 2023. He will already join the company as a member of the Board of Management on 1 April 2023. The election was unanimous.
