BayWa Supervisory Board Chairman Prof Klaus Josef Lutz has resigned from office
The Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Bernhard Loy, will take over as Chairman on an interim basis. Lutz was Chairman of the Board of Management of BayWa AG from 2008 to March 2023. Among other things, he was responsible for the diversification and internationalisation of the company as well as its entry into renewable energies.
