EPAL: Co-Presidents and Board re-elected

Dirk Hoferer (EPAL Germany) and Jarek Maciążek (EPAL Poland) were unanimously re-elected. They will continue to serve as Co-Presidents, as they did in their first term. The other members of the EPAL International board were also re-elected. The term of office for all of them remains the same.
