Food Rescue Alliance calls for tougher measures to halve waste
On the occasion of the Day Against Food Waste on 2 May, Deutsche Umwelthilfe (DUH) and the growing Food Rescue Alliance are calling for decisive action to halve wasted food by 2030. The anniversary marks the period in which statistically all food produced since the beginning of the year is thrown away.
