More organic in school catering: BioBitte networks politics, administration and kitchens in Castrop-Rauxel
How can organic food become an integral part of the menus in municipal catering facilities? This question was the focus of a networking workshop on 19 June 2023, for which the initiative "BioBitte - Mehr Bio in öffentlichen Küchen" (BioPlease - More Organic in Public Kitchens) of the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) together with the city of Castrop-Rauxel invited responsible persons
