Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences: Researchers develop recommendations for action against food waste
The results of the two-year research project were presented to the practical partners from the retail sector, production, the food banks in Lower Saxony and various food associations at the final conference organised by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection, which commissioned the project.
