The monitoring of the Japanese beetle took place in 2024 in all cantons and in the Principality of Liechtenstein using 280 pheromone traps. Due to at least one capture between 2021 and 2023, a more intensive local monitoring was conducted in the cantons of BL, BS, GR, SO, TI, VS, and ZH in 2024.
