Biobest completes Bioworks transaction

Biobest has announced the completion of the transaction to acquire US-based biopesticide manufacturer and marketer BioWorks.

According to the group, the BioWorks acquisition accelerates its expansion into biopesticides, utilising BioWorks’ portfolio of biopesticides for disease and insect control as well as its product development, marketing, and logistics
