DSLV: Financial policy situation must not slow down the transport and energy transition

On 15 November 2023, the judges in Karlsruhe declared the 2021 supplementary budget null and void, thereby prohibiting the German government from transferring the loan authorisation of 60 billion euros originally earmarked for dealing with the coronavirus pandemic to the Climate and Transformation Fund (KTF).
