Food security expert Sarah Gurr joins East Malling Trust

East Malling Trust has appointed an international expert in food security to strengthen its board.

Professor Sarah Gurr is the chair in food security at Exeter University. In 2023, as well as in 2019, she was listed among the world’s top 1 per cent of most highly cited researchers by Clarivate Analytics.
