The Dutch ripening specialist Interko reports a significant increase in global demand for its turnkey Optimo ripening room, which offers a more cost-effective option for ripeners. The company is currently working on over 30 installations, with 10 of them in the Netherlands for the French premium retailer Grand Frais.
