In February of this year, the Citrus Growers Association (CGA) estimated in a report that the impact of logistical inefficiencies on the industry, including both direct and indirect costs, amounts to approximately 5.3 billion ZAR (around 257 million euros) per year - money that could have otherwise been injected into the economy.
