Agri-food cooperatives account for 6% of Andalusia's GDP.
The Regional Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development, Carmen Crespo, took part in the celebration of the twentieth edition of International Cooperative Day, which took place in the Municipal Auditorium of La Mojonera. Crespo highlighted the importance of agri-food cooperatives in Andalusia, with 660 organisations accounting for 6% of the Gross Domestic Product

"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
