An investment group led by Everwood Capital has acquired the entire share capital of Partida Logistics (Partida Aduanas S.L.), an Algeciras-based company specialising in customs clearance and logistics coordination between Europe and non-EU countries.

PARTIDA is a Customs Agency/Customs Broker, with 100 years of experience, operating 365 days a year in morning, afternoon and night shifts. It has the capacity to clear goods, transported in trucks and containers, at all customs points in Spain thanks to the AEO certificate, to which the Compliance was added, being the first in the peninsula to obtain such a certificate.
