Brussels presents legislative package on gene editing and food waste
The Commission's proposal, which will have to be negotiated with member states and the European Parliament during the Spanish presidency of the EU Council, is part of the biodiversity strategy to provide the European Union with a more sustainable food system that guarantees long-term agricultural production.

"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
