C. Valenciana beats its historical record for abandoned land
A study by the Valencian Farmers' Association (AVA-ASAJA), based on the Ministry of Agriculture's Esyrce survey, reveals that the Valencian Community added 2,290 hectares of abandoned farmland in 2023 and beat its all-time record for farmland left uncultivated, reaching 173,676 hectares.
