CASI is 'Saborrr' and proves it with Samantha Vallejo-Nágera
The Almeria-based cooperative CASI presented the I Jornadas Gastronómicas Tomate de Sabor this Wednesday with the chef and Samantha Vallejo-Nágera and the 10 Almeria-based chefs taking part in the initiative, who will be joined by a further 10 in Madrid.
The event will take place in two cities, Almeria and Madrid, on 14 different dates (always at midday) and on them

"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
