European retail embraces sustainability
Some of the main European distribution chains are speaking in Almeria about food safety, consumer preferences and quality requirements in the food they sell on their shelves. This was presented on the second day of the GLOBALG.A.P. Tour España 2023, which took place at the Palacio de Congresos de Aguadulce, in Roquetas de Mar, in Almería, with an audience
of the most important European retail chains.
"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
