French farmers' protests leave a 'black Friday' for exports
The French farmers' protests are escalating and leaving a "black Friday", as already anticipated by the French trade unions. In addition to blocking roads such as the A-9 on the Catalan-French border and slowing traffic, they are preventing access to logistics warehouses and destroying goods from lorries arriving across the border.
