From the field to the table
Despite the fact that in Spain we have a gastronomic culture closely linked to the Mediterranean diet, with a wide variety of fresh, quality foods, it is not always easy to follow a balanced diet. Why? There are many reasons: the lack of nearby shops where you can buy fresh food, lack of budget, lack of habit, the
specialty of food
and the lack of a healthy diet.

"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
