Financial private equity continues to show strong interest in the Spanish agricultural sector. According to industry sources, Solum Partners, a US fund financed by Harvard University, has reached an agreement to acquire Greentastic from Magnum Industrial Capital Partners, in a deal worth between $250 and $150 million.

It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
