Low temperatures halt strawberry production in January and prices recover
According to the latest report from the Andalusian Regional Government's Price and Market Observatory, in a week that traditionally sees an increase in the production of this fruit, what has happened is that there has been a reduction in supply.
This situation has led to prices recovering by 6.3%. This is something that was needed because the value of the strawberry in the
sales has been reduced.
