Pablo Vilanova, new General Manager of Mercabarna
The Mercabarna Board of Directors today appointed Pablo Vilanova as the company's new General Manager.
Vilanova holds a degree in industrial engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) and an MBA from ESADE. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the management of the food precinct, having joined Mercabarna's management team in
2005.
"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
