Patatas Meléndez inaugurates the most technified facility in the world
Patatas Meléndez, a company from Valladolid with a turnover of 110 million euros in 2022, has just made history in the fresh potato sector. The company has inaugurated its new automated factory, in which it has invested more than 36 million euros and whose advances are focused on maximising potato quality, company efficiency and sustainability. "Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
