Planas opens the 36th edition of Salón Gourmets today
The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Luis Planas, will open this Monday the 36th edition of Salón Gourmets, the International Fair of Quality Food and Beverages, which will be held until 20 April at IFEMA. This fair, the leading gourmet product fair in Europe and one of the most prestigious in the world, hosts the most select products from the Spanish agri-food sector.
"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
