Putting sensors on a citrus farm to irrigate sustainably
Experts from the Institute for Agri-Food Research and Technology (IRTA) are launching the demonstration project "CITRUSREG: Digitalisation of irrigation in citrus cultivation by means of sensors and adaptation to climate change optimises water consumption", with funding from the Department of Climate Action, Food and Rural Agenda of the Government of Catalonia

"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
