Rivulis announces completion of acquisition of Jain Irrigation's international irrigation business
With this acquisition, Rivulis will lead the mass adoption of modern irrigation and digital farming solutions by farmers and business partners to create a global leader in irrigation and climate. The acquisition has been finalised after all governmental approvals and conditions precedent required by the Purchase Agreement have been obtained and completed.
"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
