Sabore.es is born to cut out the middleman between local producers and families
More than 200 products from a dozen producers have already joined the new online platform Sabore.es. Born in Rivas (Madrid) Sabore.es emerges as a beacon of authenticity, paying homage to the land and roots in a world that often rushes in search of the fast and the ephemeral". "Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
