Syngenta launches two 'Caniles' with resistance to ruggedness
The week is full of new plant varieties. One of the most eagerly awaited is the launch of two materials that, for practical purposes, are replicas of the well-known Caniles, but with the advantage of incorporating intermediate resistance (IR) to rugose.
With this introduction, Syngenta is responding to the needs of growers and distributors, who want to continue
with the introduction of new varieties
of the Caniles variety.

"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
