Bimi arrives at Marca Fresh 2023 with innovation, taste, tastiness, transversal use and nutritional properties. Bimi is the 100% edible broccoli developed by the seed company Sakata. It is a product available all year round as it is cultivated in different areas; at the moment, Italian production is in the testing phase. With continuity of supply, it is possible to maintain a constant price level. Bimi is currently the fifth largest fruit and vegetable product by sales in the UK and a big hit in Spain and Portugal.
At Brand Bimi it will be presented as a product that interprets sustainability because nothing is wasted as it is completely edible from stem to flower; it is sold in 150g packs ideal for two people which avoids the waste of large packs and the sell-out is in small 6-packs allowing it to be received fresh at the point of sale.
