Dimmidisì enters the growing market of fresh ready-made risottos

The Linea Verde-DimmidiSì is aiming to consolidate its role as a specialist in the fresh ready meals market and is launching a new range by debuting in a fast-growing sector: that of fresh ready-made risottos (the consumer turnover of the risotto world offered in large-scale distribution is 60 million euro, of which fresh risottos account for around 20%).

There are three references that make up the Risotti Freschi range: with asparagus, a proposal made even creamier by a velvety asparagus cream; with mushrooms, with porcini and champignon mushrooms; and with saffron, made with the precious pistils.

The preparations are based on 100% Italian rice, without glutamate, preservatives, with a delicate onion soffritto and selected ingredients, whipped with cheese.
