India: NDMC plans tulip plantation drive

Zaplanowano, że w przyszłej wiośnie strefa Lutyensa zostanie obsadzona tulipanami. Miejska Rada Nowego Delhi (NDMC) planuje przekształcić obszar Nowego Delhi w miasto tulipanów. Władze planują posadzić blisko 6 lakh cebulek tulipanów w tej strefie. Przygotowania rozpoczną się w tym roku od sadzenia.
