While imports decreased, Kazakhstan increased its domestic flower production. In 2025, the gross flower output reached 42.2 million stems, showing a 4.7% increase compared to 2024. Approximately 90% of the production came from greenhouse cultivation. This growth comes after several years of decline. Since 2019, the output had been increasing.
