Halifax-based online florist, Prestige Flowers, has merged with Flowerline, a flower procurement, packing, and distribution business based in Mansfield. The merger was supported by ThinCats, an alternative finance provider for mid-sized SMEs, with a substantial capital injection. Park Place provided advisory services for the merger.
