OptiGroup today announced the acquisition of important segments of the FRIS (Food, Retail, Industry, and Services) division previously owned by Paardekooper. The parent company, Koninklijke Paardekooper Group, recently filed for bankruptcy in the Netherlands. The acquisition does not cover the Paardekooper Horti segment.
