OptiGroup today announced the acquisition of important segments within the FRIS (Food, Retail, Industry, and Services) division of Paardekooper. The parent company, Koninklijke Paardekooper Group, was recently declared bankrupt in the Netherlands. The acquisition does not include the Paardekooper Horti division.
