Riverbend Nursery Holdings has acquired James Greenhouses, Inc, based in Colbert, Georgia. James Greenhouses, Inc is involved in perennial liner production for wholesale growers in the United States. The acquisition was finalized on March 3, 2025. Riverbend Nursery Holdings, LLC also owns 100% of a company based in Riner, Virginia.
