Starting from October 21, 2024, Rosselkhoznadzor will impose temporary restrictions on importing cut flowers and buds into the Russian Federation, which are accompanied by Kazakh phytosanitary certificates primarily issued for products from countries deemed unfriendly. Kazakhstan will be re-exporting these products.
