At the end of May 2026, Van Zanten Flowerbulbs in Hillegom will permanently close its doors. After more than a century and a half, one of the oldest bulb companies in the Netherlands will come to an end. The company, better known as the Royal Van Zanten, has its origins in the Veldhuyzen van.
