Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources (MINAGRI) and the National Agricultural Export Development Board (NAEB), officially inaugurated a new flower tissue culture laboratory in Kigali on January 24th. The lab is part of the project.
