A Nairobi court has ruled that a fraud case amounting to Sh110 million (approximately €740,000) involving two former directors of Heritage Flowers Ltd and two other individuals should proceed to a full hearing. The court has denied a request to transfer the case to the Commercial Division, as reported by Kenya Insights.
