Studying the reproductive biology of endangered miniature orchids

Specklinia digitale is an epiphytic orchid native to Mexico. Due to habitat destruction, it is now considered an endangered species, and as far as we know, no efforts have been made to establish ex situ conservation programs. In this study, we present an in situ assessment of its flowers.
