COFRA Holding AG has appointed Sven Dumoulin as the Chief Legal Officer (CLO). He will take over the position from Bernard Roelvink, who is retiring, starting on 1 June 2025. Sven has over 25 years of senior legal experience in Europe, the Americas, and Asia, having previously served as the Group Secretary of Unilever and General Counsel of Akzo.
