In order to assess the frequency of pollinator visits to the most popular annual flowers and the differences among cultivars, we studied 3-6 cultivars of petunia, impatiens, begonia, geranium, pansy, and New Guinea impatiens. These six annual flowers make up 46.6% of all annual flowers sold in garden centers.
