BayWa AG has successfully divested its 47.53% share in RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria Aktiengesellschaft (RWA AG) after obtaining approval from antitrust and investment regulatory bodies in seven countries. The sale, which was first announced on December 27, 2024, entailed the transfer of the ownership stake.
