The Bulgarian Farmers' Association has expressed concerns about the recent memorandum between protesters and the government, stating that it does not sufficiently address the demands to protect Bulgarian agricultural production. "Restricting imports to sunflower seeds only is a step in the right direction, but more needs to be done to protect our farmers," said a representative of the association.
