Scales Corporation Limited announces that China Resources Enterprise Limited has sold their 14.83% stake in Scales. The sale was facilitated by Craigs Investment Partners and involved several institutional and retail investors from New Zealand and Australia. Andy Borland, Managing Director of Scales, confirmed the transaction.
